All participants must pay the registration fee. The registration fee covers the Welcome mixer, coffee and tea during the breaks, Lunches, admission to the Sessions, a copy of Book of Abstract. Symposium Dinner (€50 per person) is not included in the registration fee and have to be purchased separately.

PhD student status should be shown by including a letter from the head of their department. Students are encouraged to present a poster. A limited number of grants have been made available for students to attend the meeting. Application forms for the grants can be obtained from the PSE.
